Recipe Friday: Turkey Sausage Bean Soup

by Kay Lynn on January 25, 2013

This is a recipe I started making years ago and it has been a favorite of my husband and sons.  The addition of carrot and celery was a recent change that I made to help get more vegetables in our diet.

I also switch out the beans sometimes based on what’s in the cupboard.  Recipes like this are what makes cooking fun and flexible! Enjoy.
